I highly recommend Jensen as a personal trainer. I have tried many fitness programs and commercial gyms, but never was able to stick with any of them. I signed up with Jensen in May of 2023 and have been training with him three times per week. This has been the first time I have actually stuck with a fitness program. “I didn’t realize the mental gains this would have let alone the physical gains I’ve made.”

About 120 days ago I decided to start a 30 day fitness challenge. Little did I know the impact it would have on me physically and mentally. Jensen set me up with a full body program with minimal equipment on an easy to navigate app. Jensen guided me through modifications due to a pulled rib injury that has plagued me for three years. He gave me alternatives to do during the beginning and it’s resulted in me having no issues with my ribs for months. He guided me through a knee injury (caused by bending to lift one of my kids...). He has challenged me to set personal bests and push for more reps and higher weights. I’ve never been someone to show off my body, let alone take my shirt off at the beach. Now I strut around the house shirtless with no shame and am comfortable and confident in public. I didn’t realize the mental gains this would have let alone the physical gains I’ve made. Thank you Jensen for putting this program together and I highly encourage others to challenge yourself and take the leap to awesome life changes!

Since starting with Jensen 3 months ago he has completley changed the my approach training and fitness. As a 40 year old mother of 3, life in general took precidence over my fitness, which mostly focused on cardio as I wasn't comfortabe lifting weights or working out in a gym.
